1. Who We Are and What This Covers
LaunchGrid.ai is operated by Andres Olguin LLC ("LaunchGrid," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the launchgrid.ai website, the LaunchGridOS application at os.launchgrid.ai, our checkout pages, and the emails and text messages we send.
Plain-language summary: we collect what we need to run your workspace, bill you, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information You Give Us
- Account and contact details. Your name, email address, phone number, and business name when you register for a Masterclass, join a plan, or contact us.
- Workspace content. The material you provide so your AI Employees can work: your writing samples, information about what you sell and who you serve, documents, and the instructions and messages you send inside your workspace.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment, your plan, and limited billing details. We do not store your full card number.
- Communications. Emails, texts, survey replies, and call or onboarding notes you share with us.
3. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. How you use the site and your workspace, such as pages viewed, features used, and actions taken, so we can operate and improve the Service.
- Device and log data. IP address, browser type, and similar technical information, including error logs collected through our monitoring tools.
- Cookies and pixels. We use cookies and advertising pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people find us and to measure our advertising. See Section 7.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your LaunchGridOS workspace, including training your AI Employees on your voice and your business so their output sounds like you.
- To process payments, manage your subscription, and send billing and account notices.
- To provide onboarding and support, including your 1:1 onboarding call.
- To send marketing emails and text messages you have signed up for, which you can opt out of at any time. See Section 8.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How AI Processing Works
Your AI Employees generate work by processing your workspace content through third-party AI model providers under contract with us. Your content is sent to those providers only to produce your outputs and operate the Service.
We do not permit our AI providers to use your workspace content to train their general models.
6. When We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us run LaunchGrid, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Hosting, storage, and infrastructure
- Email, text messaging, and customer relationship tools
- Webinar registration and delivery
- Error monitoring and analytics
- AI model providers, as described in Section 5
- Advertising platforms, for measurement of our own campaigns
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure our advertising, including through the Meta pixel. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. 8. Email and Text Messages
When you register or join, you agree to receive emails and, if you provide your phone number, text messages from us about your registration, your account, and our offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out any time: reply STOP to any text to stop texts, reply HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails. We will still send messages necessary to operate your account, such as billing notices.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Workspace content is retained so your team's memory of your business can compound over time. If you cancel and want your workspace content deleted, contact us and we will delete it except where the law requires us to keep it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but protecting your business information is treated as part of the product.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses. To exercise any of these, email us at the address in Section 14. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
12. Children
LaunchGrid is built for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
