1. The Short Version
We build software that does real work, and we stand behind it. We do not promise that it will make you any particular amount of money, save you any particular amount of time, or produce any particular result. Anyone who promises that is guessing about your business, and we don't guess about your business.
2. No Earnings or Results Guarantees
Nothing on our websites, in our emails and texts, in the Masterclass, or in the LaunchGridOS platform is a promise or guarantee of earnings, savings, growth, or business results. Your results depend on factors we don't control, including your market, what you sell, your pricing, your effort, and how you use the Service. Many of those factors are unknown even to you until you're in them.
3. How to Read the Numbers in Our Marketing
We use specific numbers because vague claims are worse. Here is exactly what they are:
- Cost-of-time figures, such as "about $6,000 a month." These are illustrations, calculated from stated assumptions, for example 15 hours a week of execution work valued at $100 an hour. They estimate what doing that work yourself could cost. They are not measurements of your business and not a promise of what you will save. Where we provide calculators, the output reflects the numbers you enter.
- Component values, such as the "$5,291 total value." These are our good-faith estimates of what the parts of the offer would be worth purchased separately. They are not former selling prices, and the total is not a discount from a price anyone paid.
- Comparison prices, such as agency or freelancer rates. These are general market ranges offered for context. Actual quotes vary.
4. Examples, Demonstrations, and Testimonials
Demonstrations in the Masterclass and on our sites may use demonstration accounts built to show how the platform works. If we share member stories or testimonials, they describe individual experiences and are not a claim that you will experience the same. There is no such thing as a typical result, because there is no typical business.
5. Not Professional Advice
Nothing we publish, and nothing your AI Employees produce, is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions that need one.
6. Your Decisions Are Yours
Buying anything for your business involves risk, including this. Do your own diligence, use the free weekly Masterclass to evaluate the product before you buy, and make the call like the owner you are. That's the same standard we'd want applied to us.
7. Forward-Looking Statements
Statements about future features, plans, or capabilities describe intentions, not commitments, and may change as the platform evolves.
