This policy explains how LaunchGrid.ai uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, on launchgrid.ai, os.launchgrid.ai, and our checkout and registration pages. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things, like keeping you logged in or recognizing that you've visited before.
2. The Cookies We Use
- Essential cookies. Required for the site and app to work: signing in to your workspace, keeping your session active, completing checkout, and protecting against fraud. Our payment processor, Stripe, sets cookies for secure payment and fraud prevention. These can't be switched off without breaking core features.
- Performance and analytics. Help us understand how pages are used so we can improve them, such as which pages people visit and where things break.
- Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta pixel to measure our own advertising and to reach people who have shown interest in LaunchGrid. This helps us know which ads work and avoid wasting your attention with irrelevant ones. We advertise our own Service only. We do not sell your information to advertisers.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by the services that power parts of our funnel, including our payment processor, our webinar registration platform, and our email and messaging tools. Those providers act on our behalf to run the Service. Their cookies are governed by their own policies as well as our agreements with them.

Our sites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common standard for them exists.
